Lectures:
Length of presentation 10 minutes.
Data projection, accepted as floppy disks, CDs, DVDs, flash drives (format: PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007, Windows XP).
Slides, rear projection and VHS formats are NOT accepted.
Posters:
width 90 cm, height 120 cm.
Abstracts:
Guidelines for abstract submission:
MS Word, single-spaced, font size 11 font Times New Roman, up to 2500 characters including spaces. Title should be typed in all capitals and bold face.

The organizers reserve the right to place a submission either as an oral communication or poster.
Information on the acceptance of a lecture or a poster will be sent to the presenting author by: 28. 2. 2011

After this date, the organizer does not arrange accommodation, cannot guarantee active participation with inclusion in the workshop program, conference materials, participation in the accompanying program and the Czech Medical Chamber credit certificate.
Confirmation of registration, i.e., information on the acceptance for participation and provision of accommodation will be sent by 10. 3. 2011.
Accreditation
The event will be included in the system of continuing medical education of physicians, credit rating will be shown on the conference website.

Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, refreshments, lunch on March 25, 2011, welcome reception, one printed copy of the conference proceedings and Czech Medical Chamber credit certificate.

Please make reservations in the Hotel Flora before 21. 2. 2011 and for reduced price please note REZONANCE, in the hotel Arigone before 28. 2. 2011, please note Workshop FMRI organized by Palacký University Olomouc.
Each participant will pay the amount for accommodation right in the hotel. We cannot quarantee reduced prices for the orders after the deadlines in the hotels.
Meals
On 25. 3. 2011, lunch is provided at the conference venue.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please submit a written request to the Conference Service UP. Participants, who pay fees and cancel the participation by 5. 3. 2011, will get the fees refunded in full. After this date, fees will not be refunded but we will send you conference materials.
